Unfiltered Membership Terms and Conditions

By signing up for the Unfiltered Membership ("Membership"), you ("Member" or "You") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). Please read them carefully before completing your sign-up process. This Agreement outlines the benefits, payment structure, and rules governing your Membership with Unfiltered Esthetics ("We," "Us," or "Our").

1. Membership Overview and Benefits

As a member of the Unfiltered Membership, you receive the following benefits:

• Best Pricing on Facial Services: Enjoy discounted pricing for all facial services.
• Personalized Luxury Experience: Receive a tailored treatment plan every month to meet your unique skincare needs.
• Commitment to Achieving Your Dream Skin: We’re dedicated to helping you achieve your skin goals with consistent, high-quality treatments.
• Priority Booking & Exclusive Experiences: Access priority booking and exclusive events or promotions reserved only for members.
• Member-Only Discounts: Receive discounts on skincare products to help maintain your at-home skincare routine.
• Savings on Services:
• Members visiting once per month save an average of 12% on services.
• Members visiting twice per month save an average of 21% on services.

2. Membership Commitment

• 3-Month Commitment: To provide the best results for your skin, all members are required to commit to a minimum of 3 months of membership. This ensures that your skin receives the benefits of consistent treatments.
• Cancellation Policy: After the initial 3-month commitment, you may cancel your membership by providing at least 15 days' notice before your next billing date. If you wish to cancel, please notify us via email at yourskinunfiltered@gmail.com.

3. Fee Structure and Payment Terms

• Membership Fees:
• Once per Month: $150/month
• Twice per Month: $270/month
• Billing Cycle: Membership fees are billed monthly on the same date each month as your sign-up date.
• Late Payments: If your membership fee is not paid in a given month, you must bring your account current before your next scheduled appointment. There are no late fees, but your membership benefits may be suspended until the balance is paid.
• No Setup Fees: There are no setup fees associated with your membership.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Refunds: There are no refunds for any services or membership fees paid.
• Early Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your membership before the end of the 3-month commitment, you may do so by paying a cancellation fee of $100.

5. Member Behavior Guidelines

• Appointment Cancellations: Members must cancel any scheduled appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing that credit for the month.
• Service Denial: Unfiltered Esthetics reserves the right to refuse service and terminate a membership for any reason we deem appropriate, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, non-compliance with aftercare instructions, or failure to follow the membership terms.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

• Liability for Treatments: While Unfiltered Esthetics strives to provide the best possible care, we are not responsible for any injury, allergic reactions, or adverse outcomes arising from the services rendered.
• Health Disclaimer: Prior to your first appointment, you will be required to complete a Client Intake Form and Consent Form. If any health-related information changes after your initial form submission, you must update these forms to reflect your current health status.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

• Privacy of Personal Data: Unfiltered Esthetics is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA compliance. We will not share or sell your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination by Unfiltered Esthetics

Unfiltered Esthetics reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time for the following reasons:

• Non-Payment: If the member fails to bring their account current before their next appointment.
• Violation of Membership Terms: Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate termination of the membership.
• Other Circumstances: Unfiltered Esthetics reserves the right to terminate membership for any other reasons we deem appropriate.

9. Force Majeure

Unfiltered Esthetics will not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseeable circumstances that prevent the provision of services.

10. Amendments to the Terms

Unfiltered Esthetics reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via email or through the member portal. Continued membership after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
